FOSL Love

Rachel said there is a place
Where you can share your heart
She said you are welcome
From the very start
She said they are strong and kind
They are full of love and care
They take you in to their lives
And you know you are safe there
They share with you their inner thoughts
Those who have suffered so much
Yet they reach out to others
With a loving touch
They wrap you in their tenderness
Your pain they know inside
But it’s ok to bare your sorrow
You don’t need to hide
The warmth within these friends
Helps you to feel at home
From the very start
You know you’re not alone
These awesome people give to you
Compassion and their love
They honour each and every
Angel up above
So to my FOSL family
I need you to know
That I carry a little piece of you
Everywhere I go
These warriors in life
Are brave and they are strong
They have taken me into their hearts
I’m so grateful I belong
So here I am across the pond
But a smile is on my face
Because I am the lucky one
To have found this beautiful place
